The Sanctuary of Practice

A Women’s Yoga Retreat

Guided by Deborah Bagg and Justine Sanchez

February 2-8 2018

The Sanctuary of Practice is a safe, quiet, reflective place to tease out what is true and what needs to be let go. The sanctuary resides deep in your body and breath. The Sanctuary is a place of regeneration in order to emerge refreshed and connected.

Justine and Deborah will hold this space for you to explore what it means to deepen your personal yoga practice. They have been practicing the art of feminine yoga together for 15 years and continue to be curious and open in this exploration.
This retreat is an invitation to you, dear women, to enter into the refuge of your body & your practice in order to serve the greater good as a blessing force!

Her therapy practice is a multidisciplinary approach to health and wellness, using flower essences to support each client’s unique process. She is a doula, a women’s wisdom circle leader and yoga teacher.

Her classes are focused on wisdom traditions, rhythm and somatic attention. Each class is an opportunity to create spaciousness, skilled awareness and heart awakening. She opened her studio, Juniper in Brooklyn, New York, as the culmination of what has filled her life since she was young. The love of movement, beauty, the wild and free.
